Eklipsa turns client strategy into living Brand DNA that powers the work after the workshop. The pilot exists to prove that on one real engagement before you commit to anything.
- What is the Professional Pilot?
- It is an application-gated way for a qualified strategist or boutique agency to evaluate Eklipsa on one real client engagement. It is not a free plan, and submitting an application does not mean you are accepted.
- Who is it for?
- Independent brand strategists and consultants, and boutique branding or brand-strategy agencies. The strategist owns strategic judgment. AI supports synthesis, retrieval, memory, activation, and leverage.
- What counts as a qualifying client?
- One real client engagement you would actually run. A sample brand, a personal demo, or a second free project does not qualify.
- Do I need a client right now?
- No. A strong-fit practice with a later client start is still a strong fit. You can apply if the next engagement is not confirmed yet. Fit and timing are reviewed separately.
- What if the client start date moves?
- Say so in the application. If you are accepted and the start moves before you activate the client workspace, the 30-day clock has not started.
The mechanics
How the pilot works
- When do the 30 days start?
- The clock starts only when the qualifying client workspace is activated. It does not start when you apply, when you are accepted, or when you create an account.
- Does AI replace strategic judgment?
- No. AI sits inside your strategy. You keep the judgment. Eklipsa helps you hold the strategy and use it after the workshop.
- Who owns the client relationship?
- You do. Eklipsa is the system you use to run the engagement. We do not take over the client, and acceptance does not mean we will contact your client.
- What happens to client data?
- The application does not ask for client names or confidential files. If you are accepted and later activate a client workspace, that workspace stays in your account. How account data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
After the pilot
You decide what happens next
After you have used the pilot on real client work, there is a commercial review. You can continue on a founding monthly plan, or stop. Continuing is a choice — acceptance into the pilot is not acceptance into a paid plan.
The pilot is one qualifying client, once. There is no permanent commercial free tier and no repeat free client engagement.
Founding beta is month-to-month: Strategist Pro at $149/month, or Studio / Agency at $349/month. Those founding rates are protected for 12 months. There is no annual commitment during beta.
