It is an application-gated evaluation, not a free plan. You run one real client engagement. The 30 days and the one-time credit grant start when that client is activated, including days you do not use Eklipsa. They do not start when you sign up. No credit card. One pilot per professional account.
Paid plans are month-to-month. During this beta, plan changes are handled by support. You can update your payment method, view invoices, and cancel in the billing portal. Annual billing is not offered.
Paid plans accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. The Professional Pilot does not require a card.
