Can I delete client data?
Yes. You can delete a brand from brand settings, and you can delete your account from profile settings. The privacy policy also gives you a right to request deletion of personal information at chris@eklipsa.ai. We respond to those requests within 30 days. Deletion follows the retention policy. It is not an instant wipe of every backup.
