Messaging Architecture (guided workflow)

Build your messaging hierarchy — positioning anchor, pillars, proof, and pitch — before Strategy Review.

Messaging Architecture at /strategy/messaging is a guided strategist step between Workshops and Strategy Review. You confirm positioning, define pillars and proof, craft pitch lines, then send outputs to Strategy Review for polish and publish.

📍 When you're done

Messaging is complete when Messaging pillars are published to Brand Intelligence from Strategy Review — not when you finish the in-page workflow alone. This page does not publish directly to Brand Intelligence.

Four steps

1
Positioning anchor — Write the one-liner everything ladders to. Optionally click Suggest from workshops for a starting point (nothing is prefilled automatically).
2
Messaging pillars — Add 3–5 strategic claims. AI pillar ideas (credits) show a review panel — apply or discard before anything updates your form.
3
Proof points — Evidence under each pillar.
4
Pitch & variants — Elevator pitch, tagline, optional audience lines. Then Send to Strategy Review.

Generate with AI (on the page)

Use the prominent Generate with AI card at the top of Messaging Architecture. Generate full messaging framework runs AI on the page; review the outline, then Apply to form to fill anchor, pillars, proof, and pitch automatically.

Gamma outline → Messaging Architecture

From Open in Create (Gamma + export), after you generate a framework, use Apply to Messaging Architecture on the generated preview or on the Gamma outline review screen (before creating the deck). That maps the reviewed outline into your workflow form and returns you to Messaging Architecture.

Import from Messaging Framework

After generate, Apply to Messaging Architecture fills the form directly (no separate import step). Apply last saved outline re-applies the most recent AI outline from the AI card.

Optional tools

From the collapsible Enhance with AI tools section you can open the Messaging Framework deliverable or Messaging matrix — they link back to Messaging Architecture when opened from the workflow.
