How do I get started with Eklipsa?

Start by completing the three Brand Strategy workshops: Brand Core (15 cards), Brand Positioning (18 cards), and Brand Persona (13 cards). These sequential modules help our AI understand your brand's values, positioning, and voice. Once completed, your Brand Intelligence unlocks Halo Chat and all 25 Halo Studio tools.

What AI models does Eklipsa use?

Eklipsa uses best-in-class AI models for different tasks. For text generation, we use Claude Sonnet 4.5 (Anthropic) and GPT-4o (OpenAI). For image generation, we use Ideogram v3 for logos, Recraft v3 for icons, and Flux models for illustrations and patterns. You can select different models in visual tools based on your needs.

What export formats are available?

For visual assets (logos, images), you can export as SVG (vector), PNG (high-res or web-optimized), PDF, or JSON (metadata). For text content (blog posts, captions, emails), downloads return the generated content in appropriate formats (.md, .txt, .html). Design assets (color palettes) download as CSS files. You can always export as JSON to access form inputs and metadata. Brand Guidelines can be exported as a professional PDF or HTML document.

Is my brand data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using enterprise-grade encryption. Your brand information is stored securely on encrypted servers and is never used to train AI models. We maintain strict data retention policies and you can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your subscription continues until the end of your current billing period, and you retain full access during that time. After your subscription ends, your account reverts to the Free tier and you keep access to your Brand Strategy workshops and exported guidelines.

What are the usage limits for each plan?

Free: Brand Strategy workshops plus 50 Halo Chat messages/month, no Halo Studio. Starter ($29/mo): 35,000 credits + 50 image generations per month, full access to all 25 Halo Studio tools. Creator ($69/mo): 80,000 credits + 100 image generations per month. Pro ($119/mo): 140,000 credits + 200 image generations per month with priority support. Agency ($289/mo): 340,000 credits + 500 image generations per month and a dedicated account manager. Annual billing saves 10%.
