How do I get started with Eklipsa?
Start by completing the three Brand Strategy workshops: Brand Core (15 cards), Brand Positioning (18 cards), and Brand Persona (13 cards). These sequential modules help our AI understand your brand's values, positioning, and voice. Once completed, your Brand Intelligence unlocks Halo Chat and the full suite of Halo Studio tools.
What is the difference between “Strategy”, “Workshops”, and “Brand Intelligence” in the app?
“Strategy” is the workflow landing at /strategy — it shows your progress (discovery, sources, takeaways, decisions) and cards for each step: Discovery, Workshops, Sources, Research takeaways, Decisions, Brand Intelligence, Visual Foundation, Brand Standards (the Brand Book), and Reference Library (optional proprietary snippets). “Workshops” is one of those steps (/workshops) — guided exercises for purpose, positioning, and voice; they are a structured input, not the only way to start. “Brand Intelligence” (/brand-intelligence) is the approved context and quality control layer for Create and Governance — it shows Intelligence Readiness, what AI uses (with per-tool context weighting), Studio tool coverage, evidence readiness, active decisions, and downstream impact. Only approved and activated **published decisions** become active AI context; approved research takeaways fuel Workshop coaching only.
What AI models does Eklipsa use?
Text features use Claude Sonnet 4.5 (Anthropic) and OpenAI models. In production those requests go through Vercel AI Gateway. Economy text models may be hosted by Groq through that gateway. Image and visual generation uses fal.ai, including Ideogram, Recraft, and Flux models. You can select different image models in visual tools. Google Gemini is not a current model in the product.
How does Analyze Webpage work in Halo Chat?
In Halo Chat, click Analyze Webpage, paste a URL, and optionally add a focus prompt. Halo fetches readable page text server-side and analyzes it using your active brand context in the same chat thread. It supports HTTP/HTTPS pages and may reject blocked hosts, unsupported content types, or pages that are too large.
What export formats are available?
For visual assets (logos, images), you can export as SVG (vector), PNG (high-res or web-optimized), PDF, or JSON (metadata). For text content (blog posts, captions, emails), downloads return the generated content in appropriate formats (.md, .txt, .html). Design assets (color palettes) download as CSS files. You can always export as JSON to access form inputs and metadata. Brand Book can be exported as a professional DOCX document.
Is my brand data secure?
Account, brand, and file data are stored with Supabase. Supabase states that disks and backups are encrypted at rest with AES-256, and that network traffic uses TLS 1.2 or newer. Brand data powers Brand Intelligence inside your account. Eklipsa does not use it to train, fine-tune, or improve third-party foundation models. If you start optional visual-style training, the assets you select are sent to fal.ai. You can delete a brand from brand settings and delete your account from profile settings. You can export deliverables the product already exports, including a Brand Book as DOCX, and you can request a copy of personal information at legal@eklipsa.ai. Deletion follows the retention policy and does not instantly erase every backup. The Privacy Policy and Security page describe this in full.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel a paid subscription anytime from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. There is no permanent free plan. The Professional Pilot is a separate application-gated evaluation for one qualifying client.
What are the usage limits for each plan?
The Professional Pilot grants 100,000 credits once, when your qualifying client is activated. Strategist Pro includes 120,000 credits each billing period. Studio / Agency includes 240,000. Unused included credits do not roll over. Purchased credits stay separate. There is no Founder checkout and no annual checkout during beta.
