Brand Intelligence (/brand-intelligence) is the control center for active approved context — what Halo Chat, Halo Studio, deliverables, and Review read when generating or checking work. Decisions are the approved source of truth. Workshops and Sources are inputs; they do not automatically become active context until you approve fields, activate insights, or record decisions here. The Strategy landing page (/strategy) is your workflow hub; Brand Intelligence is where you manage what AI actually uses.
Open Brand Intelligence from the Strategy submenu in the sidebar, or go to /brand-intelligence. The legacy /intelligence URL redirects here.
Reference Library snippets are reusable supporting material — not approved strategy. They are only injected when you explicitly select them in Halo Chat or Halo Studio; they do not automatically flow into Brand Intelligence.
The hero and freshness
At the top you get a summary band: your brand name, quick actions to open Chat or Studio, and a freshness indicator. When decisions, approved fields, or toggled insights change, freshness tells you active context may need another look before big launches.
Sticky navigation: four zones
Use the sub-nav to scroll to each zone:
Completeness ring, context review, active insights, and freshness — ideal for a 10-second health check.
Context Preview (default) shows organized active decisions and supporting context. Switch to Exact Prompt Context for the literal Brand Intelligence markdown inserted into AI prompts — not the full system prompt, since tools may add their own instructions. Pick a surface (Chat, Studio text, visual, voice) to match each workflow's budget. Blocks marked Needs compression exceed the budget — use Make prompt-ready to generate an editable summary, then Approve for AI so the compressed version is used in prompts (your source decisions are never changed).
Tabs for legacy draft fields (review only — not AI context) and active supporting insights. Workshop-led decisions on the Decisions page are the primary AI source of truth.
Collapsed by default: context inventory, usage & budget (Recently used in + Fuel meter), and the Context change log for recent active-context updates.
Active context in depth
Draft fields (review only) lists legacy strategy field drafts for housekeeping — they do not power AI. Promote workshop answers to decisions on the Decisions page, or toggle Active supporting insights for research signal (including insight-derived formal decisions).
Workshop modules and Sources evidence feed drafts and insights — they are not automatically active AI context. See Workshops and Sources for collecting inputs; use Brand Intelligence to approve what AI reads.
