Intelligence: your Brand Intelligence bundle

Use the Intelligence page to review what Halo reads first—completeness, snapshots per surface, fuel budget, and decisions on strategy fields and insights.

Intelligence (/intelligence) is your Brand Intelligence command center. It does not replace the three Brand Strategy workshops under Brand DNA Foundation—those live at /workshops. Instead, Intelligence shows how compiled workshops, approved strategy fields, Brand Knowledge selections, and active insights come together into the bundle Halo Chat and Halo Studio consume first.

📍 How to access

Open Intelligence in the left sidebar under Sources & Decisions. The legacy /strategy URL redirects here.

🧭 Header

The banded header matches other app pages: Learn More sits just under the page description (same pattern as Workshops and Brand Book). On the right, use the outline buttons to jump to Research, Insights, Governance, or Reports without leaving the brand context.

The hero and freshness

At the top you get a Halo Studio–style summary: your brand name, surface badges (Halo Chat, Studio text/visual/voice), quick actions to open Chat or Studio, and a freshness indicator. When strategy fields, workshops, or insights change, freshness tells you the bundle may need another look before you rely on it for big launches.

Sticky navigation: four zones

Use the sub-nav to scroll to each zone:

At a glance

Completeness ring, how many decisions are waiting, how many insights are active, and the same freshness signal—ideal for a 10-second health check.

What AI sees

Snapshot tabs per surface (Chat, Studio text, visual, voice) show exactly which blocks flow into each experience, with badges for workshop vs approved field vs promoted insight.

Usage & budget

Recently used in lists which tools and surfaces have pulled from your bundle lately, beside the Fuel meter for character budget per surface.

Decisions

Tabs for pending review, approved fields, and active insights—approve, edit, reject, archive, or remove fields; toggle which approved insights participate in the bundle.

Decisions in depth

Pending lists draft strategy fields awaiting approval—edit the text, approve as-is, or reject. Approved fields can be edited or removed; removing archives the field, updates completeness, and stops it from fueling AI until you restore it from history if needed.

For insights: you can mark which approved insights are active in the bundle. Inactive insights stay in your account but do not shape generations until you turn them back on.

💡 Relationship to workshops

Workshops populate draft material; Intelligence is where those drafts become durable, approved context. See Brand Strategy workshops for the card-by-card journey.

Where to go next

✅ Quick win

If generations feel generic, check What AI sees for the surface you are using—often a missing approved field or toggled-off insight is the culprit.
