Exporting Brand Standards

Turn your Brand Standards into a designed Gamma deck

Turn published Brand Intelligence into a polished Gamma deck with Create Gamma on the Brand Standards page. Share the Gamma deck with teammates and stakeholders — Brand Standards is not sent through the client portal.

📍 How to Access

Navigate to Brand Standards from the sidebar after you publish Brand Intelligence, or go to /brand/guidelines. If the page is locked, open /brand/guidelines/locked for next steps. Click Create Gamma under the Contents menu to open deck options.

✅ What text appears

Each Brand Standards block shows the published Brand Intelligence for that category. Compound categories such as Brand Core, Voice, and Proof keep separate fields (purpose, mission, voice attributes, proof lists) when those were saved in Strategy Review. Most blocks include a Published badge and a copy button. Messaging Pillars appear as one card per pillar (title, claim, and proof). Proof Points sit in the Messaging section. Competitive Landscape lists each alternative on its own row (name, then the short description). List-like blocks such as offerings, calls to action, must-say, and must-avoid show as bullets when they contain more than one item. If a whole section is not published, you see one empty note with Open Strategy Review — not a row of empty cards. Section Edit in Strategy Review opens Strategy Review; Messaging opens the full list so you can pick Must Avoid or any other card. Visual Foundation assets (logo, color, type, and saved icon or training pictures) still appear. Generating or reviewing a proposed update in Strategy Review does not change Brand Standards. After you Publish update, refresh Brand Standards to see the new copy.

Exporting Your Guidelines

1
Review Your Brand Intelligence

Ensure all three workshops are complete and your Visual Identity is configured.

2
Open Brand Standards

Go to /brand/guidelines after Brand Intelligence is active and review your latest standards on-page.

3
Create a Gamma deck

Click Create Gamma under the Contents menu to open deck options. Pick a Theme from the color-style cards (Gamma does not send theme screenshots, so cards use the theme’s color keywords). Review the slide plan — it lists every published Brand Standards block (essence, audience, voice, messaging, and visuals, including a logo slide when a public logo URL exists). Confirm or skip the plan, then start generation. Eklipsa freezes that plan when you click so the finished deck matches what you reviewed, even if you leave the page. When it's ready, use Open in Gamma or refresh the export download. Connect your own Gamma key in Settings → Integrations to avoid Eklipsa credit usage on platform-provided Gamma.

🔗 Gamma availability

Gamma deck creation is available when your workspace has Gamma enabled. Connect your own Gamma API key in Settings → Integrations to bill your Gamma workspace only (no Eklipsa credits). Without your own key, each deck uses your Eklipsa credits (varies by length and images). If Create Gamma isn't available, ask your workspace admin.

💡 Pro Tip

Re-create your deck whenever you update your Brand Intelligence or Visual Identity to keep everything current.
