What's Included
Your exported Brand Book includes:
Mission, vision, values, and brand story
Communication style, messaging guidelines, and examples
Temporarily omitted from downloadable export while the new layout rollout is finalized
Positioning, audience, and voice guidance consolidated into a shareable document
The downloadable Brand Book currently excludes the Visual Identity section while the refreshed layout is finalized. Your Visual Identity data remains saved in the app and can still be edited there.
Exporting Your Guidelines
Ensure all three workshops are complete and your Visual Identity is configured.
Go to /brand/guidelines and review your latest Brand Book content on-page.
Click "Download Brand Book" to generate the DOCX export. The file currently excludes Visual Identity while that section is temporarily rolled back for quality refinement.
Open the downloaded DOCX in Word, Google Docs, or LibreOffice. Edit as needed or export to PDF for distribution.
Re-export your guidelines whenever you update your Brand Intelligence or Visual Identity to keep documents current.
