Creating a Share Link

Open Brand Book
Navigate to Brand Book from the sidebar.

Click Share
Click the "Share" button in the top right corner.

Configure Access
Set link expiration and choose which sections are visible.

Copy & Share
Copy the generated link and share it with your recipients.
Access Levels

| Commenter | View + add comments and suggestions |

⚠️ Security Note
Shared links provide access to your Brand Book. Set expiration dates for external shares and revoke access when no longer needed.
