Polish source drafts, resolve changes, and decide which strategy becomes live AI context.
Polish the initial strategy
- Open Strategy → Strategy Review and inspect the draft categories produced by your completed strategy work.
- Edit the strategist version to express the decision you intend to make. Compare Messaging Architecture proposals with any existing polish before applying them.
- Use client feedback when it will help. Mark the intended sections ready for client review and use the available Send action; client approval is not required for the first publication.
- Choose Publish to Brand Intelligence when the category is ready. Check the published result on Brand Intelligence.
Handle changes after publication
- Open Review updates when an upstream source has changed, or edit the category to save a proposed update.
- Compare the proposed version with the current published copy. Use Generate proposed update when appropriate, then review the result.
- Keep current if the proposed change should not go live. Use Publish update to replace the live version when ready.
- Recheck the relevant tool’s context preview and generate fresh outputs from the updated strategy.
Understand the four versions of strategy
An upstream refresh can give you a new proposal while preserving your polish. Compare the versions instead of assuming the newest draft is already live. For an existing published category, Publish update is the action that moves live context to the reviewed revision.
- Current working draft: the Messaging Architecture session you are editing.
- Latest source-generated version: the last source output sent into a Strategy Review category.
- Strategist version: the wording you have accepted or polished in Strategy Review.
- Published version: the strategy currently used by Brand Intelligence, Halo Chat, Studio, and Brand Standards.
