Return to useful conversations without mixing up brands, tasks, or saved highlights.
Find the conversation you need
- Open Chat History from Halo Chat or the available history link.
- Confirm the brand, then use the offered search and filters to find the session. Use a descriptive conversation title when renaming is available.
- Open the session to continue the task. Start a fresh session if the old one contains assumptions that no longer apply.
- Use the offered save, favorite, tag, or deletion controls for your account’s conversation management.
Return to chat history
Use Chat History to revisit saved conversations. Check that you are in the intended brand and account context if an older conversation is missing. Start a new conversation for a distinct task when the existing thread contains assumptions that no longer apply.
