Review Center: triage client feedback

Finalize outcomes on published assets, filter by workspace and state, and manage external review links and upload requests.

Review Center is the owner/admin triage queue for client feedback. When you publish assets and deliverables to client workspaces, reviewers comment and (when enabled) submit decisions in /portal; Review Center is where you see that feedback across workspaces and set the final outcome.

📍 How to Access

Open Review → Review Center in the sidebar, or go directly to /settings/workspaces/review-center. It requires an eligible plan (Strategist or Agency) with client workspaces enabled, and an owner or admin role.


What you can do

🗂️ One queue across workspaces

Filter published assets by workspace and lifecycle state to focus on what's waiting on you.

✅ Finalize outcomes

After reviewers leave approvals or request changes, set the final state (approved or revision required) with an optional note.

🔗 External review links

Issue no-login review links for one-off stakeholders who shouldn't be full portal users.

📥 Upload requests

Create secure token links to collect files from clients without giving them an account.


How review flows in

Publish from Asset Library

Owners/admins publish Studio saves and strategy deliverables to a client workspace. Only published items appear to portal reviewers. See Asset Library.

Reviewers respond in the portal

Client reviewers leave notes, annotations, version comparisons, and (when enabled) review decisions in /portal.

Triage and finalize here

Review Center summarizes approvals and change requests per asset. Set the final outcome, then reuse approved versions across tools.
