Brand template library guide

How to use templates with your brand assets and identity rules

The Brand Template Library gives you pre-built asset formats that automatically apply your brand identity — colors, typography, logo, and voice. Instead of starting from scratch, pick a template, customize it with your content, and export a polished asset in minutes.

📍 How to Access

Navigate to Halo Studio → Brand Template Library in the sidebar, or go directly to /halo-studio/brand-template-library.

What templates are available?

Templates are organized by intent so you can quickly find the right format for your goal.

📢 Awareness

Social posts, banner ads, and intro decks designed to attract attention and build recognition.

🎯 Conversion

Landing page sections, email layouts, and CTA cards optimized for action and sign-ups.

📚 Education

Blog headers, infographic frames, and guide layouts for thought leadership and value content.

🏢 Internal

Pitch decks, one-pagers, and team documents that keep internal comms on-brand.

How to use templates effectively

1
Complete your visual identity first

Templates pull your logo, colors, and typography from your Visual Identity setup. Finish that before doing heavy template production so everything renders correctly.

2
Select a template by intent

Browse by category — awareness, conversion, or education — and pick the format that matches your goal. Don't force content into a mismatched layout.

3
Customize with your content

Replace placeholder text with your messaging. Use consistent headline and CTA language across all variants to maintain a unified brand presence.

4
Reuse approved assets

Pull images and graphics from your Asset Library instead of uploading new ones. This keeps visual consistency high and speeds up delivery.

⚠️ Before You Start

If your Visual Identity workshop isn't complete, templates will use default placeholder styling. Complete at least the logo, color palette, and typography steps for best results.

Batch production

Templates are ideal for batch workflows. Once you've approved one variant, duplicate it across sizes and channels to quickly build a full asset set for a campaign.

💡 Pro Tip

Pair the Brand Template Library with Campaign Builder. Plan your campaign assets first, then generate them from templates — you'll produce a full campaign kit in a fraction of the time.
