Brand Graph reports

How to generate, view, and export the three on-demand Brand Graph reports.

The Reports page (/reports) gives you three structured summaries of your Brand Graph: how complete the strategy is, how aligned content has been over the past 30 days, and what your research and insight pipeline has produced. Reports are not AI-generated prose — they are data summaries with one-line interpretations, so they don't use credits.

📍 How to Access

Open Reports from the sidebar (just below Governance) or go directly to /reports. You need a brand selected to see reports.

The three reports

📋 Strategy completeness

How complete your 10 strategy field types are, when each was last updated, how many versions each has accumulated, and which fields have never been revised since creation.

🛡️ Governance audit

Average brand alignment score for the past 30 days, week-over-week trend, per-tool ranking (worst-first), top failing rules, content scoring under 70, and how many pieces were rewritten to brand.

🔬 Research & insight summary

Source counts split into seven buckets (Competitor, Audience, Market observation, Stakeholder, Document, URL clip, Market), the findings funnel (new → reviewed → converted → dismissed), and how many approved insights have actually updated a strategy field.

Generate, view, and regenerate

1
Click "Generate report"

The first time you open a card, click Generate report. The page assembles your latest data and opens a right-side panel with the result. No AI runs — your credit balance is unaffected.

2
Reports cache for 24 hours

After the first build, every card shows "Last generated X hours ago" and reuses the cached payload for 24 hours. The Regenerate button is locked during that window with a live countdown ("Regenerate in 23h 4m") so you don't accidentally rebuild over and over. Once the cooldown ends, Regenerate enables and rebuilds from the latest underlying rows.

3
Export as DOCX

Click DOCX on a card (or Export as DOCX inside the panel) to download a formatted Word document with a cover page, the structured tables, and the same one-line interpretations you see in the panel. Exports always reflect the currently cached report — regenerate first if you want fresh numbers in the file.

What to do next

  • Strategy completeness says some fields have never been updated → revisit them on /strategy alongside any approved insights from /insights.
  • Governance audit shows content at risk → open /governance/history, filter to Below 70, and run Rewrite to brand on each draft.
  • Research & insight summary shows a stalled funnel → triage findings on /research and synthesise approved insights on /insights.
💡 Pro Tip

Reports are great for kickoff meetings and weekly brand syncs. Export to DOCX, drop it into your team doc, and use the headlines as a discussion agenda — every metric links back to a page where you can act on it.
