Workflows help you automate and repeat multi-step brand content processes. Save time by turning successful campaigns and content creation patterns into reusable templates you can run again with different inputs.
Navigate to Workflows from the Dashboard or go directly to /workflows. Workflows are available on paid plans (Starter and above).
What Workflows Do
Workflows let you:
- Chain tools together — Run multiple Halo Studio tools in sequence (e.g., Campaign Builder → Ad Creative Builder → Social Captions)
- Save templates — Turn successful processes into repeatable workflows
- Reduce manual steps — Automate the handoff between tools and eliminate repetitive setup
When to Use Workflows
Workflows are ideal when you run the same type of project regularly — quarterly campaigns, monthly content batches, or recurring client deliverables. Once you define a workflow that works, you can reuse it with new inputs instead of rebuilding the process each time.
