How to use Brand Story to create a clear origin and positioning narrative

Brand Story turns your brand foundations — mission, values, and positioning — into a compelling narrative you can use on your website, in pitch decks, investor materials, and about pages. It's the tool for articulating why your brand exists and what transformation you deliver.

📍 How to Access

Navigate to Halo Studio → Brand Story in the sidebar, or go directly to /halo-studio/brand-story.

What Brand Story generates

The tool produces structured narrative copy based on your Brand Strategy and workshop answers. You can generate stories tailored for different contexts:

🏠 Homepage narrative

A concise origin-to-value story for your main website — focused on customer transformation.

📄 About page

A deeper narrative covering founding story, mission, milestones, and team values.

💼 Investor pitch

A market-focused version emphasizing the problem, opportunity, traction, and vision.

How to create a strong brand story

1
Define your audience

Specify who will read this story — customers, investors, partners, or press. The tone and emphasis shift significantly based on the reader.

2
State the main transformation

What change does your brand create for people? Frame it as a before-and-after: the problem they had, and the outcome you deliver.

3
Add concrete proof points

Include real milestones, customer numbers, founding dates, and specific achievements. Stories with evidence are far more persuasive than generic claims.

4
Generate multiple versions

Create separate versions for your homepage, about page, and pitch deck. Each context demands different length, detail, and emotional register.

Editing your story

After generation, review the draft for authenticity. The AI provides structure and language, but you should ensure the voice feels genuinely yours. Replace any generic phrases with language your team actually uses.

💡 Pro Tip

Save customer testimonials and founding details to Reference Library, then attach them when generating. Specific, human details help outputs feel authentic without overriding Active Decisions.
