Using your client portal (for reviewers)

A guide for client reviewers: find deliverables, leave feedback, approve work, and respond to requests.

If your agency or team invited you as a reviewer, the client portal is your private space to review the work shared with you, leave feedback, and approve deliverables. You only see what your team has published to you.

💡 Quick Tip

You don't need to learn the whole app. The portal shows only your workspace, your deliverables, and the requests that need your input.

Finding your way around

1
Your workspaces

After signing in you land on your workspace. If you belong to more than one, pick the one you want from the list.

2
Deliverables

The Deliverables tab is where creative work appears, grouped by brand. A badge shows how many items are still awaiting your review.

3
Open an item to review it

Open any deliverable to preview it, download it, leave comments, and (when enabled) approve it or request changes.

Leaving feedback and approving

  • Comments let you ask questions or note small changes. They're visible to your team and other reviewers on the item.
  • Approve signals the deliverable looks good to you. When several reviewers are assigned, you'll see progress like "2 of 3 approvals."
  • Request changes sends it back with a note explaining what to adjust.
  • Bulk review lets you approve or request changes on several deliverables at once from the Deliverables list.
Who makes the final call?

Your feedback goes to the agency owner, who sets the final outcome. You'll see the final status on each deliverable.

Responding to requests and input

  • Requests is where your team asks for files. You can upload directly in the portal.
  • Your input is where you answer short questions the team needs from you. Type your response and submit — you can update it later.

Downloading your approved work

From the Deliverables page you can use Download approved pack to get a ZIP of your approved deliverables plus a summary for your records.

💡 Need access to something?

If you can't find a deliverable, it may not be published to you yet. Ask your agency or account contact to share it.
