Website Copy is a page-strategy engine: pick a page type, fill in a guided brief, and get structured copy with SEO metadata, labeled sections, proof tracking, and a claims review β all aligned to your Brand Intelligence.
Navigate to Halo Studio β Website Copy in the sidebar, or go directly to /halo-studio/website-copy. You can also start a Website Copy project from Halo Chat.
Supported page types
Choose the page you are writing before you fill in details. Each type shows only the fields that matter for that page.
- Homepage β orient visitors and drive the primary action
- About Us β build trust with story, mission, and credibility
- Features / Product β explain capabilities and outcomes
- Pricing β clarify plans, value, and purchase path
- Services β describe offerings, process, and fit
- Contact β reduce friction to reach you
- Landing Page β single-offer conversion for paid or campaign traffic
How the form works
The tool uses a four-step adaptive brief:
- Essentials β brand name, product summary (required), audience, and awareness stage
- Page strategy β fields that change based on page type (e.g. pricing plans, feature list, contact methods)
- Proof & voice β proof inventory, CTAs, tone, SEO theme, must-include/avoid lists
- Review & generate β confirm the brief, then generate
Brand DNA prefills shared fields where your strategy already has answers. The tool does not invent prices, testimonials, or contact details you did not provide.
What you get after generation
Results are structured, not one undifferentiated text block:
- SEO metadata β title, meta description, slug suggestion, and Open Graph fields
- Page sections β labeled blocks (hero, features, FAQ, etc.) with headlines, bullets, and optional CTAs
- Proof used β which supplied proof points appeared in the copy
- Claims needing review β flagged statements that need verification before you publish
- Notes for designer β layout or hierarchy hints for your web team
- QA checklist β clarity, intent, proof, scanability, CTA, and SEO passes
You can copy markdown for docs and handoff, or copy the structured JSON for CMS or design workflows. Saved assets store markdown as the document body and your brief as metadata for re-editing.
Best practices
- One page, one goal: A homepage that also tries to sell, recruit, and support will read unfocused.
- Load proof early: Add real metrics, testimonials, and trust signals in the brief so the generator can use them responsibly.
- Review claims before publish: Treat amber βclaims needing reviewβ items as a pre-flight check, not suggestions to ignore.
- Pair with Headline Optimizer: Polish hero and section headlines after you have the page structure.
Each run reads your Brand Intelligence context β Active Decisions first, then approved strategy fields, Brand Rules, and any Selected References you attach for the session. Text outputs get a background alignment score (green 90+, amber 70β89, red under 70); if a score is low, use Fix this to open the Content Checker, then Save to Asset Library when it's on-brand.
Generate the full page here, then open Halo Chat to refine individual sections. The structured sections stay intact while you tighten tone or length.
