The legacy Email Campaign Writer route is retained for compatibility and redirects to HTML Email Creator. Use it when opening older links from chats, docs, or saved references.
Navigate to Halo Studio → HTML Email Creator, or go directly to /halo-studio/html-email-generator. Legacy path /halo-studio/email-campaign-writer redirects automatically.
How It Works
Choose a single objective for the email — product launch, flash sale, webinar invite, re-engagement, or custom. Focusing on one goal per email keeps your message sharp and your CTA clear.
Enter your offer details, target audience, urgency drivers, and any objection-handling points you want addressed. The more specific you are, the more tailored the output.
Before generation, review the preflight panel for expected deliverables, ETA, and estimated credits. Pick a Style Preset (Balanced, Minimal, Bold, or Premium) to steer visual intensity, then generate. The tool streams a full custom HTML email—table layout, inline styles, brand colors/typography when enabled—so the model can design hierarchy, spacing, and a prominent CTA (not a fixed template).
Wait until generation finishes before copying or exporting. If output looks cut off, shorten the key message or regenerate. For faster runs, use Balanced quality mode.
Key Features
Each email targets one campaign objective, preventing message dilution and improving click-through rates.
Generates subject line, preheader, body copy, and CTA as a cohesive package — no piecemeal assembly needed.
Every email reflects your Brand Strategy tone, vocabulary, and positioning so it sounds authentically yours.
Regenerate with adjusted parameters to test different angles, urgency levels, or CTA approaches.
Switch between Balanced, Minimal, Bold, and Premium to control layout energy, contrast, and visual polish without rewriting your full brief.
Best Practices
Write for One Action
Resist the urge to pack multiple offers into a single email. One goal, one CTA, one measurable outcome. If you have multiple things to say, use the Email Sequence Builder instead.
Align Subject Line and CTA
Your subject line sets an expectation; your CTA fulfills it. If they tell different stories, conversion suffers. Review them side by side before sending.
Add Objection Handling
Include common objections in your input (price concerns, trust gaps, timing hesitation). The tool weaves these into the body copy naturally, reducing friction before the CTA.
Use Style Presets Intentionally
Minimal works well for trust-first or editorial updates, Bold for urgent promotions, Premium for refined launches or invites, and Balanced for general-purpose campaigns.
Generate two or three variations with different emotional angles (urgency, curiosity, social proof) and A/B test them. Small subject-line changes can drive significant differences in open rates.
