Navigating the dashboard

Get familiar with the Eklipsa dashboard and learn where to find everything

The Eklipsa dashboard is your command center for all brand management activities. Here's a complete guide to help you find everything you need.

Dashboard Overview

When you first log in, you'll see your dashboard at the root URL. The dashboard provides:

  • Quick Access: Direct links to key features and recent tools
  • Brand Health: Overview of your Brand Intelligence completion status
  • Recent Activity: Your latest generated content and assets
  • Quick Links: Fast navigation to workshops and popular tools
  • Credits: Balance and usage are in the sidebar and under Settings → Billing—not as a large card on the home dashboard (locked or unlocked).
  • After workshops: A short optional checklist may appear (Configure Your Visual Identity System—opens Your Visual Identity System on /visual-identity?mode=checklist—plus Brand Knowledge and saving a Halo Studio output to Halo Assets); it hides once you complete every item.

Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar places Dashboard first as a solo row (no category heading), then Sources & Decisions, Brand DNA Foundation, and Create with Halo AI. At the bottom, a separate Brand profile strip holds the switcher: you’ll see the profile name and an Active brand pill on the row you’re using. Learn & Share and account shortcuts appear in the top app header.

Sources & Decisions

💳 Paid plans

Research, Insights, Intelligence, Governance (including Content Checker, Playbook, and History), and Reports require a paid subscription. They are not gated on workshop completion—you get access as soon as your plan is active. On Free, you'll see an upgrade screen on those routes; after you finish workshops, the dashboard may show a Brand Intelligence upsell instead of live metrics until you upgrade.

🔬 Research

Create research projects, add sources (notes, URLs, files, or structured competitor/audience/stakeholder/market notes), and review AI-extracted findings. You can mark findings reviewed, convert one to a candidate insight, or dismiss it. Open at /research. Learn more

💡 Insights

Open the Insight Library at /insights — same banded header as other Sources & Decisions pages (icon, title, subtitle, Learn More under the description, then Synthesize and Research on the right). Filter and search sits in a dashboard-style card (insight type, status including Actioned and Archived, search, sort, load more, bulk select). Archive or restore from each card, edit candidates before approve, or link recommendations to Intelligence. Tension cards show a two-column “VS” layout; Whitespace and Audience truth layouts match insight type. Sidebar: between Research and Intelligence.

✅ Intelligence

Banded header like other Sources & Decisions pages (Learn More under the description; outline buttons to Research, Insights, Governance, and Reports), plus an intro card (surfaces, Halo CTAs, freshness). Below that, a sticky sub-nav for four zones: At a glance (completeness ring, decisions waiting, active insights, freshness), What AI sees (the Snapshot with tabs for Halo Chat and each Studio surface), Usage & budget (the Recently used in feed of which AI tools have read your bundle in the last two weeks alongside the per-surface Fuel meter), and Decisions (a tabbed card to review pending fields, edit or remove approved fields, and toggle which approved insights are active in the bundle). Open at /intelligence (legacy /strategy URL permanent-redirects here).

🛡️ Governance

Manage brand governance rules (voice, messaging, copy, tone, visual) with the same banded header as other Sources & Decisions pages (Learn More under the description; outline buttons to Content Checker, History, and Playbook). Show inactive rules reveals archived rows — inactive rules are hidden by default. Optionally replace previous DNA-generated rules when regenerating from Brand DNA. Alignment trend charts use dashboard-style cards below the header. Generate defaults from Brand DNA after enough approved Intelligence fields, or add rules manually — /governance. Learn more

📊 Reports

On-demand Brand Intelligence reports with the same banded header as other Sources & Decisions pages (Learn More under the description), then dashboard-style report cards: strategy completeness, governance audit, and research summary — view, regenerate on cooldown, export DOCX. Open at /reports.

Brand DNA Foundation

🎯 Brand Strategy

The workshops: Brand Core, Brand Positioning, and Brand Persona at /workshops. (This is different from the Intelligence item above, which is for reviewing approved vs pending fields.) The legacy URLs /strategy/workshops and /workshop permanent-redirect to /workshops; old paths under /workshop/… redirect to the same path under /workshops/….

🎨 Visual Identity

Build or upload logos, colors, typography, and visual styles; optionally train custom models in Your Visual Identity System

📄 Brand Book

Export your compiled Brand Book as a professional DOCX

📚 Brand Knowledge

Add proprietary content at /brand/knowledge with the same banded header layout as Sources & Decisions pages (Learn More under the description; outline button to Intelligence). Learn more
