The Eklipsa dashboard is your command center for all brand management activities. Here's a complete guide to help you find everything you need.
Dashboard Overview
When you first log in, you'll see your dashboard at the root URL. The dashboard provides:
- Quick Access: Direct links to key features and recent tools
- Brand Health: Overview of your Brand Intelligence completion status
- Recent Activity: Your latest generated content and assets
- Quick Links: Fast navigation to workshops and popular tools
- Credits: Balance and usage are in the sidebar and under Settings → Billing—not as a large card on the home dashboard (locked or unlocked).
- After workshops: A short optional checklist may appear (Configure Your Visual Identity System—opens Your Visual Identity System on
/visual-identity?mode=checklist—plus Reference Library and saving a Halo Studio output to Halo Assets); it hides once you complete every item.
Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar places Dashboard first as a solo row (no category heading), then Projects, Strategy, Create, and Review. At the bottom, a separate Brand profile strip holds the switcher: you’ll see the profile name and an Active brand pill on the row you’re using. Learn & Share and account shortcuts appear in the top app header.

Sources & Decisions
Research, Insights, Strategy, Governance (including Content Checker, Playbook, and History), and Reports require a paid subscription. They are not gated on workshop completion—you get access as soon as your plan is active. On Free, you'll see an upgrade screen on those routes; after you finish workshops, the dashboard may show a Brand Intelligence upsell instead of live metrics until you upgrade.
Create research projects, add sources (notes, URLs, files, or structured competitor/audience/stakeholder/market notes), and review AI-extracted findings. You can mark findings reviewed, convert one to a candidate insight, or dismiss it. Open at /research. Learn more
Open Insights at /insights — a workflow strip shows Sources → Findings → Insights → Decisions → Brand Intelligence. Insights are synthesis from evidence (not raw notes). Use compact filter chips for insight type and status, then approve candidates and Create decision from approved insights. Insights that already have a decision show a Decision created badge and a View decision link instead. Use the Activate as supporting insight switch on approved insights for supporting context only. Advanced: approve + draft a strategy field.
Banded header (Learn More under the description; outline buttons to Sources, Insights, Decisions, and Review), plus a What needs your attention zone (draft fields to review, approved insights ready for a decision, context gaps). Below that, a sticky sub-nav for the zones: At a glance (completeness ring, context review, active insights, freshness), What AI sees (the Snapshot with tabs for Halo Chat and each Studio surface), context health and inventory, Active context (a tabbed card with Draft fields, Approved fallback fields, and Active supporting insights — approve or reject draft fields, edit approved fields, and toggle supporting insights), and lower down the operational Usage & budget and change log. For formal strategic choices, use /decisions with List + Decision Matrix views to track missing vs approved categories. Open Strategy at /strategy (legacy /intelligence URL permanent-redirects here).
Manage brand governance rules (voice, messaging, copy, tone, visual) with the same banded header as other Sources & Decisions pages (Learn More under the description; outline buttons to Content Checker, History, and Playbook). Show inactive rules reveals archived rows — inactive rules are hidden by default. Optionally replace previous auto-generated rules when regenerating from approved strategy fields. Alignment trend charts use dashboard-style cards below the header. Generate defaults from Brand Intelligence context after enough approved strategy fields, or add rules manually — /governance. Strategy
The workshops: Brand Core, Brand Positioning, and Brand Persona at /workshops. (This is different from the Strategy item above, which is for reviewing approved vs pending fields.) Chat with your brand AI assistant for strategy and content guidance. Halo reads Brand Intelligence context — Active Decisions, approved strategy fields, Brand Rules, Supporting Insights, and any Selected References you attach (see Snapshot at /brand-intelligence) — and offers optional tools to fetch fields or run an alignment check on demand.

Key Features
Collapsible Sidebar
On desktop, you can collapse the sidebar to an icon-only view by clicking the collapse button. This gives you more screen space while keeping navigation accessible.
Mobile Navigation
On mobile devices, the sidebar becomes a slide-out drawer. Tap the hamburger menu to open it, and it automatically closes when you navigate to a new page.
